Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship (UCCF) have some helpful stuff on their website for freshers - including a link up service for new students.

Facebook is a social networking website that is popular amongst students. There are some groups that have been set up for people joining Leeds University in 2008. These groups were not set up by the Christian Union, but you may be interested in joining them in order to meet other students coming to Leeds in 2008.
