Speak in Leeds

Speak exists in order to campaign and pray about injustice. Through bringing change to situations of injustice we want to share our faith in an all loving, all powerful creator God.

The SPEAK Network includes both individuals and local groups. Local groups are the main network participants. There are many SPEAK groups around the UK, and also some groups in the USA, Brazil, Sweden and the Netherlands. Individuals can sign up to receive Speak mailings (such as Pray and Post cards and Urgent Action Network emails).

There are two SPEAK groups in Leeds, a student group that meets at the University, and another group for people who live in Leeds (SPEAK:City). The student group meets on Mondays at 6pm, upstairs in the University Chaplaincy (on Woodhouse Lane, opposite the Parkinson Building steps). Speak:City meet monthly in houses around Leeds, details via email.
